Universal Testing Machine UP 500 AK-2DH

For high stressed hot-going components, it is of particular importance to consider cyclical loads. Different viscoplastic material models are needed for mathematical prediction of their lifetime. In order to determine the material parameters of those models, describing the material behaviour under operating conditions, appropriate experiments must be carried out at elevated temperatures and cyclic loading.

For this purpose, the UP500 testing machine was built by FORM + TEST.

  • DIGIMAXX C2000 digital controller

  • Climatic chamber up to 600 ° C
