Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine ZM 400

For some of these components, such as insulators and electrical connections, their mechanical strength is crucial as well. This is particularly true for insulators that are used outdoors and are therefore exposed to weather conditions. Here it is important to evaluate aging effects that might reduce strength and determine the remaining load-bearing capacity.
FORM+TEST has developed a testing system for the laboratory of the customer Bayernwerk Netz GmbH that delivers reliable and reproducible results for the largest and smallest samples with large and small forces. It consists of a horizontal testing machine of series ZM and two testing machines of series TTM.
