Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine ZM 10000
Lifting equipment such as ropes, belts and chains must reliably carry the specified nominal loads during operation. For this purpose, the products must be randomly checked for their maximum load-bearing capacity during the ongoing production process, but also periodically for the corresponding nominal load plus the specified safety factors. This inspection of lifting equipment in operation is particularly important in areas where aging effects also affect the components, such as in mining or other outdoor applications.
With the ZM 10000, Form + Test ensures sufficient test space lengths of more than 10 m and tensile forces of up to 10000 kN. At the same time, the highest level of accuracy are achieved in force and deformation measurement, which are common only in small to medium-sized universal testing machines.
