Due to the anisotropic structure, experimental investigations are necessary to create the model. However, due to the material characteristics, this can be a challenging task for testing technology. In response to the increasing degree of automation in testing technology, FORM+TEST Seidner&Co. GmbH offers a comprehensive solution for the rational testing of concrete specimens. This is offered in 2 automation levels by means of a measuring and weighing station. This gives the testing laboratory a solution for the future that scores points in terms of cost-effectiveness.
For FORM+TEST in 2018 it was the successful participation that made us to attend the Testing Expo Automotive in Shanghai again this year- Again together with the local sales partner Chaokun Testing. More than 400 exhibitors attending the exhibition in 2019 being able to inform more than 8,000 visitors.
The expansion of international business represents a central aspect of FORM+TEST's sales activities, especially in the area of customized solutions. Therefore, we are particularly pleased to become active in Singapore.
FORM+TEST Seidner&Co. GmbH has developed 2 series of TORSIONSPRÜFZYLINDERN to extend the product range of system components for torsion loading. These drives are used for defined torsion loading of test specimens for static and dynamic material and component testing.
When it comes to the evaluation of components and components operated at high temperatures, comparable tests for identifying the material behavior and determination of appropriate material models must be carried out. Temperatures above 300 ° C are usually special requirements for experimental equipment and especially on measurement devices. However, Form + Test can offer solutions that allow experiments at highest temperatures, not only in static creep tests but also in dynamic fatigue tests.
At the Concrete Show South East Asia which took place from September 19 to 21 in Jakarta FORM+TEST participated together with the Indonesian representative PT Multibina Teknika Utama for the first time. During the exhibition the products and the complete equipment were presented to a lot of interested customers.
FORM+TEST participated for the first time at the Testing Expo Automotive which took place in Shanghai from 25th to 27th September 2018 . The stand organisation was done by FORM+TEST and well supported by our local Agent Chaokun Testing. At the Expo FORM+TEST could present the products and complete system to an interested audience and could establish direct customer contacts. A successful story to be continued.
On 13.03.2018 the companies FORM+TEST Seidner & Co. GmbH, Proceq SA, HAVER & BOECKER OHG, KNIELE Baumaschinen GmbH, Dr. Jung + Partner - LASTRADA, LUDWIG Feuchtemessung and Schleibinger Geräte Teubert u. Greim GmbH organized their third common trade fair for interested parties and customers in the field of stationary and portable testing and analysis technology for building materials..More than 140 participants from German-speaking countries came to FORM+TEST in Riedlingen that day.
To reduce noise emissions and vibrations in rail traffic, highly elastic intermediate layers and plates as well as special elastic track mats (USM) are used. The test setup for the determination of static and dynamic stiffness was compiled from the existing modular system of FORM+TEST Seidner&Co. GmbH and adapted to the application and customer requirements. The integration of a temperature chamber allows simulation conditions at - 40°C - +100°C.
